Why does the color look different from the website?

Lighting affects color perception. Our images were shot in natural light. If your room has different lighting, please refer to our image showing how colors appear under various light conditions. For best results, check customer photos before ordering

Why does my quilt feel thin right out of the package?

We use vacuum packaging to reduce waste. This temporarily compresses fibers, so the quilt may feel thinner and have creases upon arrival—this is normal. One gentle wash and low-heat dry will restore its loft and softness
